The market capitalization of shares listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange reached EGP 1.6 billion. It ended the day at EGP 994.7 billion, amid a total turnover of EGP 1.4 billion.
The main index of the Egyptian Stock Exchange "EGX 30" rose by 0.23 percent, to reach the level of 96,18121 points.
While, the index of "EGX70" for small and medium shares declined by about 0.30 percent, to reach the level of 62,860 points.
The declines included the broader EGX-100 index, which fell 0.29 percent to reach 2266.53
